If life is a self-sustained chemical system capable of evolving (NASA), we can surely think that minerals are alive. If life is matter that repeats its structure as it grows, like a crystal (Schrödinger), we can surely feel that a material is alive. If materials are alive, they communicate and resonate with their surroundings, and we have no choice but to resonate with them as the living beings that we are.
