Currently, she manages Aliseda's portfolio of hotels, and throughout her career at companies like EY and JLL, she has led numerous transactions, both on the buying and selling side, operator searches, and strategic analyses. In her most recent role, she also dedicates time to Asset Management. She is accustomed to leading teams, making decisions, and executing business plans. She is an adjunct professor at the prestigious IE Business School and the IE School of Architecture and Design, and she is frequently sought after as a moderator or panelist at conferences and other events. After studying and working in the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, France, and Spain, she has extensive international experience and strong language skills. She is the founder and president of Mujeres en Hospitality and a member of RICS.
