Gracia Cardona holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona, an MBA from the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra, and a degree in Interior Design from Eina, the University Center for Design and Art in Barcelona. She has built her professional career in consultancy, marketing, and communication at companies like Accenture, Henkel, and Santa&Cole. She has also spearheaded business projects, including DiarioDesign, a leading online magazine in the interior design and furniture sector. Gracia served as the president of the Association of Industrial Design (ADI-FAD) from 2015 to 2017 and is currently a co-founder of Women in Office Design (WOD) for Spain, a collective that originated in London and has evolved into a global community for professional women, entrepreneurs, and executives in the workspace and contract design sector. Their mission is to promote visibility, connection, collaboration through events, support, learning, and network-building.

Decotherapy emerged from the need to highlight interior design, creating spaces that can fit all styles and budgets and can be implemented anywhere in Spain thanks to digital tools. Decotherapy connects people with the interior designer who best suits their needs and budget.
