She holds a PhD in Sociology from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and an Executive MBA. Vice-dean at IE School of Architecture and Design, with responsibilities for overall school strategy, business development, stakeholder engagement and operations of the master's programmes, including extensive research and writing on the impact of technology on cities. She is a specialist in urban ethnography, branding, communication and e-transformation and new business models. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Spanish Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, in the fields of architecture, social, natural and built environments. As a qualified journalist, she has written extensively on the role of third spaces, lifestyle and city patterns, and immersive environments. She also lectures on the relationship between "Sociology and Culture" and the social impact of Digital Transformation.
