With decades of experience working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, science and design, Cecilia is founder and CEO of Futurity Systems, offering futures-as-a-service to help companies and organisations build better, faster futures, together. Harvard-educated, she was previously a Social Technologist at Alpha Telefónica, Europe's first ambitious start-up factory, and a serial entrepreneur, founding multiple companies such as Makers of Barcelona, FabCafe and allWomen.tech. She has been a consultant for the UN World Food Programme X, SXSW and previously for the Government of the City of Barcelona, as well as for other private companies. She has been the winner of the AWS Global Disruptor 2022 Award, the WEDO Women Pioneer 2022 Award and has been selected as one of the Forbes Top 40 Futurists 2022, one of the 100 Most Influential European Women and one of the 100 Women of the Future.
