The challenge of this workshop is for participants to imagine and design new future food scenarios. Together we will reformulate and propose new synergies between food design and the design of gastronomic spaces and contexts. A workshop where they will be given a first inspirational part to provide them with a context and promote reflection, and a second part where they will work in teams and individually, being a more analytical and conceptualisation work.
